Edward Deeb Hoffer, aged 86 of Wyoming, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 26, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, two brothers, and one grandson. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Karen; sons, William (Brenda Thornburg) Hoffer, Thomas (Beth) Hoffer, Derek (Michelle) Hoffer, Kevin (Heather) Hoffer; 11 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sisters, Marion (John) Shimel, Emily (George) Kraft; and many nieces and nephews. Ed proudly served our country as a member of the United States Navy. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2:00 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming with Pastor Kathy Bartel officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-9 pm.
