NEWELL, LUCILLE MAE
Lucille Mae Newell, aged 91 of Wyoming, passed peacefully into her heavenly home on Saturday, July 25, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Thomas; grandson, Thomas; and brother, Robert. She is survived by her children, Thomas Lee and Kathy Newell, Tim Newell, Terry and Rosemary Newell; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers-in-law, Lyle and Leo Newell; and several nieces and nephews. Lucille was a deeply religious woman who loved her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandkids. She was an accomplished artist who enjoyed painting. She also spent a lot of time sewing and making things for her family. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Thursday at 11:00 am at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church, 50 Bellevue SW, Wyoming. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery. Members of the family will receive relatives and friends at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Chapel (Wyoming), 4031 Clyde Park SW on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm.
