Minnie (Van De Weert) Pruiksma, age 94, of Jenison, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 2, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Karen and Dennis Hall, Robert and Phyllis Pruiksma; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Duke and Jenni Kolk, Derek Kolk, Josh and Jackie Hall (Samuel, Micah), David and LeighAnn Pruiksma (Nathan, Abigail, Luke, Ethan, Linnea), Melanie and JR Davis (Robert); 2 sisters and 4 brothers. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 8, 11:00 AM at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive SW with Rev. Jim Evenhouse officiating. Interment Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday, October 7 from 6:00-9:00 PM and 10:00 to 10:45 AM Thursday at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice or Sunset Manor Benevolent fund.
