Dear Carroll Family, We are sincerely sorry for your loss and will keep all of you close in prayer as you grieve the passing of your beloved dad and grandpa. We feel so blessed to have known Tom and in a small way be a part of the Carroll family.Tom was more than a "boss" to Doug. He was an incredibly caring mentor and a special friend to both of us. He was a role model in both his career path and more importantly, his family life. He was a class act and we loved him very much. Jamie and Doug LaFleur
